The Filmmaker

William Wroblewski is a freelance journalist, writer, editor, and video professional. His work has taken him as far as Belfast, Northern Ireland and the coca-growing regions of the Bolivian Highlands. His documentary work included serving as an Associate Producer on the documentary, “In Search of Good Food” by Antonio Roman-Alcala, which has screened at film festivals all over the country.

In addition to his journalism work, William has produced videos for a variety or organizations, including USAID, Cup of Excellence, the North American Congress on Latin America (NACLA), Pesticide Action Network North America (PANNA), and others.

William is a fellow at The Institute for Food and Development Policy/Food First!, and curated the inaugural Food Justice Film Festival, held in Oakland, CA in November 2011.

A Midwesterner through and through, he lives and works in San Francisco, CA.
